01 · Why rhythm

The dayhas shape

Alertness rises after waking, holds until midday and falls toward night. This shape of the day was described long before the first supplement existed. Circadian biology rests on facts: the clock genes were discovered in 1971, and molecular clocks have since been found in most cells studied.

Late nights, screens and irregular days flatten this curve. Fourteen Hours is built along the day: three formulas, three servings, one ritual. It does not replace the rhythm, it gives the day back its structure.

02 · One day, three formulas

Every part of the day has its own formula

The same plant suits the morning and not the evening. That is why there are three bottles: the plants are split across the parts of the day, and each formula is fermented whole, in a flaxseed oil base.

07:00A.M. formula — morning

Morning opens the day. A.M. combines eleuthero, mucuna, ashwagandha and maca (plants of the morning and daytime traditions) with spices: ginger, cardamom, fenugreek. At Fourteen Hours they are not blended into one bottle: all seven ferment together as a single LFB formula, in a flaxseed oil base. A formula for the first part of your day. Six drops in the morning.

14:00NOON formula — noon

Noon lasts the longest. NOON combines ginkgo, ginseng, bacopa and gotu kola with lion's mane, licorice, barberry and catnip: eight plants fermented as one LFB formula in the same flaxseed base. It is not a second helping of the morning bottle, it is a different formula for a different part of the rhythm. Six drops in the middle of the day.

21:00P.M. formula — evening

Evening closes the day. P.M. brings together chamomile, tulsi, oats, lavender, mint, lemon balm, valerian, skullcap and California poppy: nine plants, the broadest of the three formulas, fermented whole in the same LFB format and the same flaxseed base. It is for the last part of the day, not for the whole day. Six drops in the evening.

Three 10 ml vials are designed to finish together, at the end of the month. One serving: six drops, about 0.3 ml.

04 · Technology

Whole plant,not fraction

Most botanical supplements start with extraction: solvents, heat, pressure. One substance gets pulled out of the plant, the rest is lost. The Liquid Fermented Botanicals (LFB) technology comes from the other end: plants are first transformed by their own microorganisms and enzymes, and only then comes gentle extraction at a low temperature.

Clove, four processing methods

DPPH IC₅₀ is a standard laboratory test of antioxidant activity: the lower the value, the stronger the sample. Independent laboratory Sofia Tech Park, 2024.

Fermentation + low-temperature extraction×1
Essential oil×3 weaker
Alcohol extract×4.5 weaker
Glycerin extract×7 weaker

That was clove in a test tube, not a finished Fourteen Hours formula. Antioxidant activity in vitro does not say what will happen in the body. We show the comparison because it is exactly what explains the choice of technology.

05 · Circadian App

An app thatreads your rhythm

The app does not guess about the past night. Circadian App works with what your tracker actually recorded, and every morning shows a forecast for the day.

01

Get the set

Three vials: A.M., NOON and P.M. Six drops three times a day.

02

Connect your tracker

The app relies on heart rate variability (HRV). Not every band measures it, so check yours.

03

See the morning forecast

Every morning the app shows a picture of the day and hints for the hours ahead. After a week the first comparisons appear, after a month there are enough days to see your own line.

Honestly: the app is in beta and actively evolving. The product works without it, but together they turn taking drops into watching your own rhythm. It is not a one-off before/after test, it is daily feedback.
06 · Honest about the limits

Four habits beat any supplement

  • 01Sleep and wakingwithin half an hour, most days
  • 02Morning daylightoutdoors, even on an overcast day
  • 03Movement every houra little at a time, not a lot at once
  • 04People in personscreens do not count

“Three formulas three times a day is a ritual. And a ritual works best inside a day that already has its own shape.”

We prefer to say it before the purchase, not in week three.

09 · Questions

What people askbefore their first order

How do I take the set?
Six drops three times a day: A.M. after waking, NOON in the middle of the day (roughly 12:00–15:00), P.M. a couple of hours before sleep. One serving: about 0.3 ml. Three vials last 30 days.
Is it a medicine?
No. Fourteen Hours: a food supplement. It does not treat, does not replace a varied diet or consultations with a doctor. We deliberately promise no therapeutic effects, neither on this page nor anywhere else.
Are a tracker and the app required?
No. The product stands on its own: the app adds a layer of rhythm observation, but is not a requirement. If you decide to connect it, it relies on heart rate variability (HRV), and not every affordable band measures it. The app is currently in beta and evolving.
What if it doesn't suit you?
Money-back guarantee: 60 days, including opened vials. The subscription can be cancelled with a single email. Plus the standard 14-day EU consumer right of withdrawal. Buying looks like an ordinary European online shop, not an irreversible decision.
Where does it ship from and how long is the wait?
From a warehouse in Slovakia, across the whole European Union, without transatlantic waiting. Exact delivery times and costs are shown in the official shop at checkout.
Is it OK during pregnancy or while taking medication?
Talk to your doctor first: the manufacturer's official recommendation for pregnant and breastfeeding women and anyone taking prescribed medication. Individual plants in the formulas (for example ginkgo in NOON) have known interactions, your doctor will see them in the ingredient list.
Why are six drops enough?
The short answer: both dose and form matter. In botany, how a plant was processed and which compounds remain available in the formula matters no less than milligrams. Fermentation followed by low-temperature extraction preserves what other methods lose. Details in the fermentation section above.
